| Meeting
Rooms are available without charge to meeting the requirements of the Meeting
Room Policy and Regulations. For

| Literacy Program |
| The
Hamilton Township Public Library participates in the Literacy Volunteers of
America Program, providing a site for tutoring of adult non-readers.

| Internet Access |
|
The
library has computers available for Internet access. Use of the
Internet is regulated by our Computer Use Policy and Internet Use
Policy.
Sign up is at the
Reference Desk. Use of the computers is limited to one half hour if others
are waiting. Users must be
eighteen years of age, or have a parent sign up for them.
Parents may register their children for permanent Internet access at
the Reference Desk; a Hamilton Township Public Library card is required to
do this. The
Library also provides access to Online Subscription Databases and
Encyclopedias via the Internet, some of which are available from your home
via remote access from our Web Site (ONLINE INFORMATION SERVICES). |
| Hamilton Township History |
| The Hamilton Township Library provides indexing of local newspapers from 1986 for Hamilton Township information. The Library is also developing a local history clipping file from early local newspapers and other sources. For more information, inquire at the Reference Desk. |
| Tax Assistance |
| The
Hamilton Township Library participates in the Volunteer Income Tax
Assistance program (V.I.T.A.). Volunteers
are generally available at scheduled times from early February through last
filing date in April. This
service is intended to assist people in filing out simple federal and New
Jersey tax forms and rebate applications.

| Hamilton Township Library Club DVD |
The Hamilton Township Library features recently released DVDs in our new Club DVD, formerly the New Jersey Library Video Circuit. There is a membership fee of $10.00 per year for this service and members must be 18 years of age. Please inquire at the Main Service Desk of the Library for more information. |
